If I am successful when would I start as a Graduate?
Our Graduate Program commences in February each year, with exact commencement dates being communicated closer to this time. There may be the opportunity to commence your Program earlier if there is the operational need within the business and where Graduates finish their degrees mid year.
What training and development do I receive?
From your first day with us you will start your training and development. You will undergo a rigorous induction program which is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to hit the ground running. In addition to our in-house induction program, you will attend a week-long National Induction Program. Each year this is held in a different state where you will meet other Graduates from the WHK / Crowe Horwath network from around Australia and New Zealand.
After your Internal and National Induction Programs, you will receive ongoing training and development through various programs such as the Chartered Accountants Program (CA Program) and regular Tax Training sessions which we hold and that's not to mention the on-the-job training which you will receive from members of your Team and Division!
What career progression opportunities will I receive?
At WHK Melbourne we understand that feedback on your performance and progression in your career is important. Apart from the regular on-the-job feedback you will receive, we conduct bi-annual performance appraisal meetings. During these discussions and in collaboration with you, we look at: how you are progressing, what you need to achieve in order to take the next steps in your career and what development will assist you in achieving your role objectives and career aspirations.
We are proud of the fact we can develop our people into the next Leaders of the firm!
