About the Vacationer Program
Our Vacation program is open to tertiary students in their penultimate year with a major in either accounting or finance, who are excited by the challenge of a hands-on working experience.
Our six-week Vacation Program is a great way to for you to experience the working world during your summer university holidays.
National Induction Program
You will undergo a rigorous Induction Program as well as on the job training, both of which are designed to ensure your Vacation Program is a great success.
Open Door Policy
- Accessible and involved Principals
- Team, Divisional and Firm wide meetings where, in line with one of our trademarks "Open", we encourage all members, regardless of role, to contribute and share their experiences and knowledge
Mentoring and Guidance
- As a Vacationer you will be assigned a Buddy – your buddy will be a previous Graduate, and is there to make sure you have the support you need undertaking the program
- You will also be assigned your own Manager / Mentor who provide mentoring support not only on the technical areas of accounting but also on other crucial skills, such as managing workloads and soft skills

We will be accepting applications for our Vacation Program during the below dates:
Applications Open: 4th July 2011
Applications Close: 2nd September 2011
Program Dates: From December 2011 to January 2012

Eligibility:
To be eligible to apply for our one of our Vacation Program streams, you will need to be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident and:
- For Audit & Business Services: undertaking your penultimate year studying a degree with a major in Accounting/Finance
- For Wealth Management: undertaking your penultimate year studying a business degree
